3. Reducing diversion in PDS (eg lowest cards) & shadow beneficiaries

4. Improving dverelop delivery of food grains (Kaushik base committee)

5. Reducing diversion - power -food grains are diverted (Chatauhini committee Report)

Way Forward:

1. End compulsoryation of food security projects

2. Curving Fair Triest shop ownership to PRI's & SHGs
