Main Body
The temperature cyclone is thus formed when two different fronts meet and collide with each other.
It is sustained due to the difference in airmass temp features, and densities of the two fronts.
It finally dissipates once the cold front captures the warm front as shown in the figure.
Tropical Temperature Cyclone
Location: Tropics
Structure: Narrow ocean width (100 -500km)
Height: Taller than temperate cyclone
Lands for 1-2 weeks
Temperate Tropical Cyclone
Location: Temperate region
Structure: wider expanse. (300-2000km)
It is of shorter vertical expanse.
Lands for longer durations (2-3 weeks)
