Why are Severe & intense cyclones becoming a regular phenomenon in Arabian Sea? Substantiate with example.

Generally there is 4:1 ratio of cyclones in Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. But this ratio is changing due to more severe & frequent storms in Arabian Sea
Reason for this change:
