Goal of 'education for all' emerges unrestricted access, 24x7 availability and easy affordability for every section of Indian population vis-a-vis education facilities. However, case of bullying and school violences need to be addressed as they cause: (1) demoralisation of students (2) forced drop outs (3) Reduced enrolment ratio is NEP 2020 aims for 50% GER by 2035 (4) gender injustice (5) disturbance in collective (6) clusters harmony

These can be addressed by(1) Parent - Teachers meetings (2) Diverse role of Parent Committees as envisaged in Right to Education Act (3) Positive reinforcement of moral values (4) Ethical & moral education (5) Addressing each event by case-on-case basis is eg Graded punishmentincreasing severity of punishment for repeat offenders. (6) Building trust amongst students by co-curricular activities (CWEP 2015).
