In India, there are conduct rules, which govern an officer's behaviour and conduct. These include the Central Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964, All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968 etc. Do you think there is a need for a separate Code of Ethics for civil servants in India? What important values should be part of such a Code of Ethics? (Answer in 100 words)

Code of Ethics is a aspirational document highlighting the ethical values and principles, ethical beliefs followed in prestigious organizations.

Need for a separate Code of Ethics for civil servants:

1Issues of red tapism and conflicts => whether pre judicious and more impactful from new position than to there duty.
2Frame of Agreement mechanics => uils are withheld more to their position from to there duty.
3Lessons of civil servants of value

Values that should be part of Code of Ethics:

1Amongst it => to stay away from public sale. (EG) reading like COVID-19
