Cyclones are regions of low-pressure (severe depression) that develop into fast anti-cyclonic winds & clouds bringing huge rainfall on landfall.
Over the years, Arabian sea is witnessing more cyclones (e.g: Takutae cyclone in 2022, Biparjoy in 2023). Previously they are rarely formed in Bay of Bengal.
IMPL IPCC has warned that with rising temperatures cyclones will be pressed in Arabian sea (one-two on average) and will become more daycycle (slow speed of momentum but high uised speed).
