Proliferation of IT in India:
1After 1991, LPG reforms, services sector especially BPO & IT service took leap forward & provided foundation for today work
2Pioneer industries companies like Infosys, Wipro, HCL, etc. did the groundwork & established bank & govt. policy which thrived other companies
3Availability of Engineers & many graduates help provide skilled labour force to IT industry.
Regional Imbalance in IT:
1Already two cities had previously well established IT industries, so new ones also lead to such cities. [Hyderabad, Bangalore, etc]
2Climate must not be harsh & cities must be livable
3International connectivity & availability of basic infrastructure serving like road, transport
4Good communication, WiFi, internet, broad band

6Availability of skilled workforce is easily available in Tier-1 cities.
