Women-led movements like SEWA a Chipko-movement show their grassroot presence and collective sport. However, they remain often invisible in decision-making process. Reason for exclusion from decision-making (1) Lower representation of women in Parliament & state legislature of only 13.69% in later Lok Sabha (2) Tokenistic presence in panchayats & urban local bodies by Panchayat-patti syndrome (3) Co-option of women-led movements by dominant administrative issue of women farmers not paid during Farm Laws protest (4) Violence & discrimination leads to exclusion & sexual violence at workplace
