K-shaped recovery: Pandemic-Economic factors, large cap firm, etc (with technology, large cap firms, blue collar jobs, etc). K-shaped recovery is one in which some (labour) of economy due strong growth while other factors continue to decline. Significance: It exhibits growing wealth inequality. (G) Average non-fully relaxing housing 1.6 % of GFR. Measures to take K-shaped recovery: 1) Tax reduction equality: Income tax reduction to aid middle & lower class. (G) New slab of IT that exempt upto $7L income. 2) Income programme: corporate tax & reduce regressive indirect taxes. (G) Rationalisation of GST. 3) Prioritised welfare in scheme & order for social density scheme in order to aid livelihood of middle & lower income plan. Therefore, Countrywise policy of government via 'Atmanirbhar package' is step towards right direction.
