Secularism as a commitment to constitutional equality: 1) Article 25 ⇒ freedom to profess, propagate and practice one's religion, but indy veal unsuitable restrictions. ⇒ equality in sight to religion, as to avoid forceful conversions, human sacrifices etc. 2) Article 26 ⇒ freedom to manage religious affairs and right to equality of all religions to establish institutions. 3) Article 27 ⇒ freedom from payment of paxis for religious purposes, but also allowing the state for
