As India approaches its demographic window, it becomes necessary to address issues in the school education system.

Issues in System:

caste discrimination present in implicit forms. (eg: nagas is III&c)

gender (girls)

difficult assimilation into mainstream, culled for dressing, behavior, eating difficulty.

Solution for insame:

1. Sensitisation towards differences in culture, background, economic and social disparities for students.

2. Training for teacher to identify and address bullying.

3. Provision of mental health practitioners and counsellors to treat safe space for children.

4. Monitoring use of social media for children <14 years.

Hence, one people are sensitized, one family fully seek to achieve education for all.
