Cutting emission of global warming gases - particularly methane - (very effective but easy to cut down). Stopping release of black carbon. Technological intervention - strategy like artificial chemicals (UN made etc). Carbon capture and storage. Utilizing glacier footprint area in Tibet allowed to Dalai Lama only global concerned effort. Along with financial measures to help stop the tipping point that we are fast approaching.
