1Improving Early Warning System: Quantum Computing for weather prediction accuracy, bathymetric study to analyze oceanic patterns.

2Local capacity building:- Forming whatsapp groups, institutional structures for quick response.

3Revisiting traditional approaches:- Eg:- katkuni houses (Himachal) which were earthquake proofs.

4New financing means:- Eg:- Disaster Risk Reduction Bonds, Carbon credits, etc.

5Encouraging startups in construction to innovate for disaster resilient in fra for schemes like PM-Awas Yojana.

6Developing framework to undertake economical, social (girls, lower caste) in physical, etc. Vulnerability assessment.
