Seven Years' War was the war due to the conflict of two European powers - Britain and France and their respective Allies. It was during 1754-63.

Reasons which led to Seven Years War was:
(i) France was the Colonial power of Louisiana and Canada in North America and Britain was colonial power of 13 colonies in the east coast of North America.
(ii) Prussia, who was supported by Britain annexed the Silesia of Austria, who was supported by France.
(iii) In India, Trade of Spices was highly profitable, so, the dispute between France and Britain to win the race of trade also was the cause.
(iv) In Africa, Senegal was rich in gum, which was also source of conflict.
This conflict of domination in the World caused France and Britain to fight against each other.
American-Indian supported France and as they do not want their land to be grabbed by British Settler (13 colonies of Britain) who wanted to extend to the West of Appalachians.
Hence, the Seven Year's War 1754-63 started in North America, India and West Africa, between France (allies are Spain, Austria) and Britain (allies are Prussia).
Result of Seven Years' War:
France was defeated by Britain which led The British to emerge as Superpower.
(i) France was restricted to only trade activity and only sugar colonies in North America.
(ii) Spain was given Louisiana and Florida was captured by Britain.
(iii) Senegal was given to France. Silesia was given back to Austria.
(iv) British became the Colonial power in India and gained strength in Sea routes further.
Conclusion
Seven Years War was the beginning of the American Revolution which led to the freedom of North America from British power and led to the establishment of United States of America.
