Fall in poverty: Only 16.3% multi-dimensional poor (NHH Avg). Equal development needed. Central schemes: skills ball (PMKVY), better education (EM-HBI school), better universal health (PM-JAY), high development focus on marginalised sectors (PWD). Need to ensure equity under Art.16 in letter and spirit to build New Society Sadbhavana Pragati.
