Why devotion to duty is necessary and the importance of staff safety

Devotion to the duty is necessary because:

i) It helps to conduct the civil services objective.

ii) Service to the people before self

iii) Patriotism to the country by the work.

However, safety of the staff is important because:

i) Unsafe staff — unable to perform its duty.

ii) My duty to ensure safety of employees — part of work ethics.

Thus staff safety is necessary along with the devotion to duty
