Stakeholder capitalism demand the inclusion of all people in the business — shareholders, employees and society at large. Helps in equitable resource usage and future prospects of business are increased. Business profile and brand value depends on how they are perceived in the society. The Tata Group is perceived as good and ethical and their product are trusted due to their social responsibilities. This has helped them to be a market leader over 150 years. Therefore a business must not think of itself as could responsibility as directing resources to unproductive social endeavours but a future investment into the foundations building of the company.

Traditional Indian wisdom with its values of tyaga, seva, duram and damah have been important over centuries as they provide and guide actions of the individual. Modern day public servants are facing several issues in society such as: inequality among people, communal clashes and riots, disasters and changing weather leading to hazards, geopolitical conflicts, non-observance of values of honesty integrity and tolerance among people, increasing crime rate — digital technology. The traditional Indian wisdom are helpful in following ways: Tyaga (renunciation) — Renunciation of values of greed, selfishness, bad thoughts and adopting the values of self equity and empathy to take right actions.
