'NSE Prime' is the National Stock Exchange's corporate governance initiative under which listed companies voluntarily adopt higher standards of governance and disclosure than the regulatory minimum. It is unrelated to sovereign green bonds, tax holidays or NBFI privileges. Hence (a).
