Explanation

Section 2(n) of the 2013 Act defines sexual harassment to include physical contact and advances, sexually coloured remarks, and any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature. Verbal remarks of sexual nature, non-verbal conduct of sexual nature, and physical conduct of sexual nature are therefore all covered. Hence all three amount to sexual harassment under the Act.
