Explanation

Indore stands on the Malwa Plateau of western Madhya Pradesh, on the Saraswati and Khan rivers. Bundelkhand lies to the north-east, Mahakoshal to the east and the Nimar region to the south of the city. Indore is the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh and its largest city.
