Explanation

Jonaraja, court scholar of Zain-ul-Abidin (Budshah) of Kashmir, wrote the Dvitiya Rajatarangini continuing Kalhana's chronicle and the Zainavilas, a history of Zain-ul-Abidin's reign. Shrivara continued Jonaraja's chronicle, while Bhattavatara and Vachaspati are not associated with these works. His chronicle remains a principal historical source for 15th-century Kashmir.
