Which of the following Ramsar Wetland sites is not situated in any of the Union Territories of India?
General KnowledgeGeography
- AHokera Wetland
- BPoint Calimere Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary
- CTsomoriri Lake
- DWular Lake
Explanation
Hokera Wetland and Wular Lake are in Jammu and Kashmir, and Tsomoriri Lake is in Ladakh — all three lie in Union Territories. Point Calimere Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary is in Tamil Nadu, which is a state, not a Union Territory. It is therefore the site not situated in any UT. Hence option B is correct.
