Explanation

Operation Sarvashakti was launched by the Indian Army in early 2024 to flush out terrorists operating in the Rajouri–Poonch region of Jammu and Kashmir. It was modelled on the earlier Operation Sarpvinash in the same region. It was not launched in Myanmar, Manipur or Chhattisgarh. The answer is (C).
