The Northern Zonal Council (under the States Reorganisation Act, 1956) comprises Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, the NCT of Delhi, and the UTs of Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand belong to the Central Zonal Council, so options including them are wrong; option B lists only genuine Northern Zonal Council members.
