Explanation

Plantation agriculture - tea, coffee, rubber and spices - is prominent in Assam (tea), Kerala (rubber, spices, tea) and Nagaland, but not in arid Rajasthan, whose climate cannot support plantation crops. Rajasthan is therefore the state not prominent for plantation agriculture.
