Explanation
In July 2021 the government reallocated the Department of Public Enterprises from the Ministry of Heavy Industries to the Ministry of Finance, making Finance its nodal ministry for Central Public Sector Enterprises policy. It is not part of the PMO or the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
