Explanation

Gopal Hari Deshmukh, the 19th-century Maharashtrian social reformer, wrote his reformist essays under the pen name 'Lokahitwadi' in the weekly Prabhakar. Mahadev Govind Ranade, Gopal Krishna Gokhale and Jyotiba Phule were his contemporaries but did not use this pen name. Lokahitwadi was Gopal Hari Deshmukh.
