Explanation
S1 defines personality as the sum of qualities; P ('All these qualities, good as well as bad, go to make up one's personality') links directly via 'these qualities'. R introduces character as personality's foundation, Q notes good and bad qualities exist in everyone, and S ('Character is the result of the good and the bad actions') sets up S6's advice to cultivate good qualities and eradicate bad ones. Hence (a) PRQS.
