Explanation

The All India Scheduled Castes Federation was founded by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar at Nagpur in 1942. It was formed as a political organisation to represent the interests of the Scheduled Castes, succeeding the Independent Labour Party. It later evolved into the Republican Party of India. Jyotiba Phule, Periyar and M. Karunanidhi were associated with other social and political movements, not with this federation. Hence option C is correct.
