Explanation

The Luni, Rajasthan's major west-flowing river, receives the Khari, Sukri and Jawai as tributaries in its upper and middle course. The Banas, however, is a tributary of the Chambal in eastern Rajasthan and never joins the Luni. Hence Banas is the river that is not a tributary of the Luni.
