SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active-Learning for Young Aspiring Minds) is the Government of India's national Massive Open Online Courses platform, offering free courses from school to postgraduate level. It is not a scholarship scheme, a skill mission portal or a research fellowship. Hence MOOCs platform is the correct description.
