Explanation

Silverfish is an insect, jellyfish a cnidarian and cuttlefish a mollusc — none of them are true vertebrate fish. The flying fish (family Exocoetidae) is a genuine bony fish with fins, gills and scales. Hence it is the true fish as per the biological system of classification.
