General KnowledgeHistory of India
- AYama, Indra, Varuna and Kubera
- BIndra, Varuna, Skanda and Kubera
- CIndra, Varuna, Yama and Brahma
- DYama, Shiva, Kubera and Indra
Explanation
The traditional eight lokapalas (dikpalas), guardians of the directions, include Indra (east), Yama (south), Varuna (west) and Kubera (north). Skanda, Brahma and Shiva are not among the eight directional guardians, so only option (a) lists four genuine lokapalas.
