Explanation

Akash and Trishul are surface-to-air missile systems built for air defence, and Astra is an air-to-air missile. Tatra, however, is a Czech-origin manufacturer of heavy trucks and vehicles — not a missile system at all — so it is the one that is not an air defence missile system.
