Explanation

Kamandaka's Nitisara is an ancient Indian treatise on niti, i.e. statecraft, polity and political morality - the duties of kings and the art of governance. It belongs to the same genre as Kautilya's Arthashastra. It is not a work on logic and philosophy (nyaya), mathematics or grammar. Its contribution is to political morality, option (C).
