Explanation

The Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park was established in 1983 at Wandoor, near Port Blair in the South Andaman Islands, to protect coral reefs, mangroves and marine life. Pirotan Island lies in the Gulf of Kutch (Gujarat), Rameswaram is in the Gulf of Mannar (a biosphere reserve, not this park), and Ganga Sagar Island is in West Bengal. The park is therefore located at Port Blair, option (D).
