Explanation
In May 2018 Mahathir Mohamad, aged 92, led the Pakatan Harapan coalition to victory and became Malaysia's Prime Minister — the world's oldest elected leader at the time. Najib Razak was the defeated incumbent; Anwar Ibrahim and Siti Hasmah Ali were not elected Prime Minister. Hence Mahathir Mohamad.
